Many women do not have access to good quality maternity care and there is a recognised global shortage of midwives. Antenatal classes are frequently over-subscribed and are delivered at times and places that do not always meet women’s needs, and first-time mothers are often overlooked and not given the support they truly require to help them prepare for what’s to come.
Our partner, Birth Like a Boss, created a fully accredited Hypnobirthing course which acts as a complete antenatal education programme. Through the course you will be taught evidenced based information on labour and birth but also the power of the mind and how the mind has an impact on how you birth – We call it this is known as The Mind Body connection.
We will support you to feel empowered by giving you knowledge, strategies, and techniques to achieve a calm, comfortable birth… and help you transition into parenthood feeling confident to meet any challenges ahead!
